Prefabricated eco homes

Prefabrication is an efficient, sustainable method for building homes that speeds up construction, reduces environmental impact, and ensures consistent quality. By fabricating wall panels off-site, Alpine PassivHaus provides a controlled building process that protects materials and reduces waste, helping us deliver durable, eco-friendly homes.

Speed

Using prefabricated wall panels, the building process is significantly faster. Wall panels are fabricated off-site in parallel with on-site preparations, meaning there’s no downtime due to bad weather. This simultaneous workflow allows eco homes to be built in a shorter timeframe, without weather-related delays.

Prefabricating panels in a workshop setting helps minimise waste by reducing off-cuts and making recycling easier. With less on-site disturbance and minimal construction waste, prefabrication offers a more eco-friendly solution compared to traditional building methods.

Quality

Building components in a controlled indoor environment ensures consistently high quality. Prefabrication allows for tighter control over the entire process, protecting materials from weather and vandalism, which helps achieve a superior, more durable home.
