Invest in the Future of Australian Housing.

Prefabricated. High-performance. Made in Australia. We're looking for investors who share our vision.

The opportunity

Alpine PassivHaus builds to Passive House standards, the world’s leading benchmark for energy-efficient construction. Our prefabricated wall and roof panels are designed for airtightness, thermal performance, and moisture management, using sustainable, non-toxic materials.

Rising energy costs, tightening building standards, and growing awareness of indoor air quality are driving demand for higher-performance housing across Australia. Prefabricated construction offers a way to meet that demand: building systems manufactured in a controlled environment, assembled efficiently on site, and engineered to perform consistently.

Built for scale

Our prefabrication model is designed to grow. Standardised panel systems and repeatable processes mean increased output without compromising quality.

Health-First Approach

Every product we manufacture prioritises indoor air quality and occupant wellbeing. In a market increasingly focused on building health, this is an expectation, not a niche.

established

We have a working production facility, completed projects, and an active supply chain. Investment accelerates what already exists, not what might.
