These roles are based in Jindabyne, NSW, but occasional travel to project sites, industry fairs, and meetings (eg. Passive House Conference) will be required
Essentials FOR ALL ROLES
Passion for sustainability and prefabricated passive house construction with a willingness to undertake Passive House training.
Commitment to the highest Work Health and Safety standards
Pride in craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to locate, read, and interpret plans and drawings.
Mathematical skills to measure, cut, shape, calculate materials and costs.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professionalism: Represent Alpine PassivHaus professionally to
customers and auditors.
Focus on Continuous Improvement.
Experience with CNC machinery (highly regarded)
Prefabrication experience (a bonus)
Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Current positions

Certified Builder, capable of assisting Alpine PassivHaus in obtaining a company building certificate.
Project Management: Oversee the entire build process from start to finish.
Manage wet room and kitchen module fit-outs, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical integration with prefabricated elements.
Customer and Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the customer, onsite activities, and the prefabrication workshop.
Industry Representation: Represent Alpine PassivHaus at industry fairs and handle technical customer inquiries. Lead daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings and foster Continuous Improvement.
Perform internal audits.

Certified trade professional with extensive carpentry and cabinet-making experience
Strong Leadership:
Oversee workshop operations and daily tasks, ensuring comprehensive and accurate product documentation.
Lead QRQC meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.
Represent Alpine PassivHaus at industry fairs and to customers.
Perform internal audits.
Mentoring Skills: Supervise junior carpenters, apprentices, and labourers.
Experience with CNC machines highly valued
Certified Passive House Tradespersons highly regarded.
