Alpine PassivHaus is a family-run manufacturer based in the Snowy Mountains. Working closely with architects and builders, we deliver high-quality, airtight homes that set a new standard in sustainable Australian housing.
Who we are
We manufacture fully insulated, airtight wall and roof panels made from sustainable, non-toxic materials. We also deliver complete turnkey building solutions - from design consultation through to handover - across the wider South New South Wales and North Victoria regions.
What we do
Better materials mean better air quality, lower energy bills, and a smaller footprint. We build homes that look after the people inside them and the environment around them.

we produce.
Our Prefabricated Wall Panels are precision-engineered for airtightness, thermal performance, and moisture control, manufactured right here in the Snowy Mountains. When we take on a turnkey project, we carry that standard through every stage, from factory floor to finished home. The result is a building that performs as designed, not just on paper, but in practice.
We work with architects and builders to fine-tune each design for its specific climate using tools like PHPP and WUFI, so nothing is left to guesswork.
